Start the Intake Process
To get started with the intake process, please select the form that best matches your situation. We will review your information and then contact you to schedule a free consultation.
We require this information before scheduling for three reasons: (1) conflict checks, (2) determining the proper venue, and (3) ensuring the attorney can provide accurate guidance during your consultation.
Submitting an intake form does not establish an attorney-client relationship. After reviewing the information provided and conducting a conflict check, we will determine whether we are able to schedule a consultation. If we are unable to proceed, we will let you know as promptly as possible.
